My approach is to deeply tune-in to the unique experience of my client and "meet them" in that place. I engage in this process with curiosity, compassion and strength. My goal is to enable people to feel understood as well as supported in the transformations that may need to happen. I have many years of training in Psychodynamic Interpersonal Analysis as well as Relational Couples and Family Therapy, so this gives me plenty of "tools in my toolkit" to effectively and creatively practive psychotherapy.
